Terry is the author of the best selling book:  "The Encyclopedia of Commercial Real Estate Advice", and is a writer for Forbes.com. He is the founder of Apartment Loan Store and Business Loan Store - commercial mortgage banking firms that have closed over $4.5 billion in commercial loans nationally since 1997.

Terry has personally closed hundreds of commercial real estate loans representing just about every type of commercial real estate. He has been featured on Fox Business, CNN, Discovery +, as well as Dennis Quaid's PBS documentary series "Viewpoint".

Terry was a top producer for Lasalle Bank and Lehman Brothers and has spoken nationally to commercial real estate investor groups, real estate brokers, and banks about commercial real estate Investing and lending. Terry is a member of the Oregon Bankers Association, The Mortgage Bankers Association, and Forbes Business Council.

For over 25 years, Terry has built strong correspondent relationships representing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, Life Companies, Wall Street conduits, Hedge Funds, REITs, and Regional,  and  National Banks.  

With over 30 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, Fred  is one of the most creative and resourceful experts in putting commercial real estate deals together. Commercial Construction Lending is his top passion.   He understands the dynamics of investing in commercial real estate from an owners perspective - being able to think of each transaction as a business endeavor and craft the correct loan program for either a short or long term hold.

Fred is well steeped in property financial analysis and performance and can assist in maximizing those skills to his client's benefit. Having personally bought, financed, sold, exchanged and held apartment buildings, office buildings, shopping centers, subdivisions and single family homes he understands all sides of this business.

Steve is an avid golfer (i.e. Hacker) with a passion for working with underprivileged kids.

Berlitz is a seasoned Senior Loan Officer, boasting an impressive two decades of experience in the banking sector. His primary focus is on assisting real estate investors and developers in accomplishing their financial objectives, particularly in the realms of property purchase, refinancing, and development. Berlitz specializes in a wide range of property types, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality properties. He takes a hands-on approach to his work and provides comprehensive and sound financial guidance tailored to each client’s unique lending project(s).

Notably, Berlitz has been recognized for his industry knowledge and was invited to participate as a retail panelist in the 16th annual IREM/CCIM/Next Protection Economic Forecast. This showcases his ability to provide valuable insights into the real estate and lending industry.

While his days may be filled with underwriting deals, Berlitz’s true passion lies in supporting the growth of his clients. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys reading and spending quality time with his loved ones.

Steve is proud to be a part of the Business Loan Store team. Randal brings a strength of strong client/customer leadership to Business Loan Store with his 20 plus years of experience developing financial solutions for individuals and companies. He has worked with IBM, AT&T, Texas Instruments and many more large corporations.

Attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned to bring the best results is important to him as is creating long term relationships that clients can depend on over and again. Randal lives in Denver Colorado and hopes to have the chance to speak with you soon to discuss your commercial financing needs.

Adam started working for Apartment Loan Store in 2014 where he has overseen website development and SEO, as well as social media and print advertising campaigns.  Under Adam’s direction Apartment Loan Store has consistently been one of the top ten providers of apartment building loans on the internet nationally.

Max started working for Apartment Loan Store in 2014. He has been responsible for core operations as they pertain to marketing, SEO research, production goals, loan product quality, data analysis, plus research and forecasting on industry trends.
